Administrative research and development files of the Time Project Chamber (TPC) Project, of which Jay Marx was Project Manager and later Scientific Liaison and Acting Spokesperson. Marx was also in charge of project coordination with SLAC (Stanford Linear Accelerator Center) facilities.
